Conway Workshop Association exists to empower individuals with diverse abilities to live full, meaningful, and self-directed lives.

We offer supportive housing options in Digby, including four small options homes and at-home support for those who desire to live more independently.

We also offer programming for job skill development including hands-on work in our woodshop, thrift store, lumber mill, electronics recycling program, and food preparation training kitchen.

We partner with organizations interested in hiring individuals supported by Conway Workshop Association, and on special projects or jobs. To learn more, please get in touch with us!
